Updating Your Directory Profile

You can view and update your directory profile here: https://one.uf.edu/directoryprofile/

From there you should be able to update a field by clicking the “Edit” button.

How Long Does it Take to Update? 

Most information is reflected around fifteen minutes later. Any field that is reflected in Outlook or Teams will take overnight.

Why Can’t I Update Certain Fields? 

The following fields cannot be updated by the user:

• Legal name
• Date of birth
• Business email address
• Passport
• SSN

• Faculty or Staff: for changes to your legal name or SSN, please contact UF HR: https://hr.ufl.edu/contacts/contact-us/
