Office For The Web
Office for the web makes it easier for you to work in the cloud because Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and PDF documents open in your web browser. You can visit https://office.com and sign in with your UF email address to get started. You can access your documents whenever you have an Internet connection from almost any device. Documents stored in your OneDrive and your team sites, or attachments in Outlook Web App, are easily accessible on any device with an Internet connection.
Office Desktop Applications
If eligible, you can download the office applications from portal.office.com after logging in with your UF email address. On the left panel, on the bottom, you can select Apps. From there, in the upper right corner of the page, you can select the Install apps button. The download will begin, and the applications will be installed.
