Canvas allows customization of notifications for due dates, announcements, grades, and messages. By clicking on the profile picture and selecting Notifications, you can choose the frequency of alerts—immediate, daily, weekly, or none. Due dates and announcements should remain set to immediate for best results. Notification preferences apply across all courses, but some settings may be fine-tuned on a course-by-course basis.
